Your book as been very enlightening for me and I desire to learn more. I practice with/without the book every day. I wish more guidance. I live in Canada and practice daily the gentle Art of Boabom, and am looking for the Bamso Book.

I know that the Art is inspired. I have received the energy you sent to me, it was a wonderful wave that washed over my body... THANK YOU so much. The forms I did it so naturally like it was always a part of me, and I received great enlightenment as I learned the movements and now as I be the movements and feel and listen to what is happening as I am moved by the energy; it is a wonderful thing, those energies bring harmony and peace to me.

We all can understand the energies of love/union!!!!"

I attend Boabom class to get a bit of exercise, to gain strength mentally, physically and spiritually, because if I believe in myself I can conquer obstacles and climb mountains of great heights.

I have spent much time in my life on sports, health and body-mind practices, e.g. Yoga 13 years. Last year I came across a book about this Art. I tried the exercises and - unlike some other books I bought in the past - I actually found these exercises great! The book was clear and to the point. After more practice I got more enthusiastic and looked up the web site of this Art. I then decided to go to Boston USA to join an upcoming seminar and I did several extra classes. I learned more and thoroughly enjoyed it. I now practice regularly at home. This is a great way to health! The Art is easily accessible and you'll notice straight away how it energizes your body. I've particularly found the combination of moving and breathing in this Art excellent. It completely involves all your attention. I can notice how much more grounded and centered I have become in my body. And what's more, it is fun to do them. And that keeps you doing them. Many thanks! I am looking forward to traveling to Boston again.

It is difficult to express in a few words how important knowing Boabom has been to me, in all its forms, as an art of relaxation and defense. The development of both physical and mental skills has been astonishing, specifically useful and noteworthy to me as a businessman with a demanding and stressful schedule. I think that Boabom is key to the success of all people who wish to have control over their own lives, and at the same time, who are looking to complete their ideas with the energy and vitality required these days.

I enjoyed Seamm-Jasani class very much and my teacher is great and fun. I have always enjoyed high energy and creativity in this class. It helped me to achieve body equilibrium and restoration. My teacher explanations are always clear and the atmosphere at the lessons is very enjoyable. The most important part of this program for me is to pay attention to posture. I learned how to achieve effortless balance without strain. I have problems with my cervical muscles and disks and Seamm-Jasani is the only training I feel no pain after the lessons. I think the secret is in its unique breathing pattern. Seamm-Jasani is an easy-to-follow ancient Art that anyone can follow.

In little over a year of practice, Boabom has helped me to develop my ability to focus, increased my level of confidence, and made me more comfortable with and attentive to my body. The Art brings noticeable and undeniable results. I look forward with great anticipation to the possibilities it will offer in time.

Just acquired your book of Seamm-Jasani about two weeks ago from a friend in USA. Thank You very much for it, and may all your efforts to teach this art be blessed and appreciated by those who come to 'drink of this eternal source'.

Cheers!

Throughout the ages, the relationship between the physical and the mental has been a matter of debate. In the Boabom philosophy, such a relationship is prominently present. However, even if this assumed relationship would not exist at all, Boabom leads to various absolute physical improvements. First of all, it appeals not only to sport fanatics, but also reaches out to a group that is notorious for being both not prone to work out and also would greatly benefit from it. This because the physical challenge is adapted to one's capabilities instead of demanding it the other way around. This group consist of (but is not limited to elderly, overweight people and people in poor physical health.

Second, a lot of exercises in Boabom improve your balance. You might not have noticed before, but keeping your balance requires a tremendous effort of a lot of muscles, of which many are very small. These muscles tend to be left out in most sports that mainly focus on larger muscle groups. Unlike joints, muscles can be trained and actually get a lot stronger. The same muscles that are needed to keep your balance can alleviate the forces applied to you joints, such as the knees and the spine. This way, damaged or worn joints can be relieved. Notorious pain in the lower back and knees have been found to greatly benefit from such increases in these smaller muscles. Even in the very exact and scientific medical field it is generally agreed upon that lower back pain and stress are strongly correlated. As Boabom tends to reduce stress as well, the effects on lower back pain would be twofold.

Finally, Boabom gives you a cardiac and pulmonary workout. Depending on your physical condition at the beginning and the stage you're attending, you're training a different part of your cardiovascular system. In general, it is a long-interval based workout. By doing such a workout at least once a week for a longer period of time, muscle strength and the cardiovascular system improve, thus increasing general physical health. This reduces the risk of, diabetes, heart disease, immobility and death.

In short, exercise in general is beneficial to your health. Unlike many other sports, Boabom also appeals to the elderly, a group not prone to exercise. By improving your balance, forces applied to joints are ameliorated, thus relieving strain and wear on them. It can thus greatly reduce long-term lower back- and joint pain. Also improved balance reduces risk of falling, which is a great source of mortality and morbidity in the elderly.

It keeps you in shape, so you will perform better in daily life. And of course one could argue it is also fun!

For a long time I have been trying to choose a school that would help me get more in touch with my mind. I think that people have a lot of hidden knowledge, which we do not know how to get to on our own. I found many teachings that invite to start "the exploration of the mind", but I was not sure which one would be best. I realized though that I have to find something that involves meditation practices and for that I only want to go to a good, real teacher. As I was becoming more and more confused about how to proceed, I suddenly came across an ad on the internet for the newly opened Boston School of Boabom. I ordered and read the book by Asanaro called "The Secret Art of Seamm Jasani", and after that I practically had no doubt that this art is exactly what I need. I started learning the art of Seamm Jasani about three months ago. I think it is absolutely great and I wish I came to know about it earlier. I have previously tried to follow Osho's teachings, attended a weekend retreat for Holotropic Breathwork (which was created by Sanislav Grof and his wife), went to a meditation group, attempted to stick to breathing exercises created by Alexandra Strelnikova, took Yoga, Pilates and other classes, etc. None of those struck me as something that is wholesome, I felt like they were all just bits and pieces.

Besides the fact that Seamm Jasani is a very old art, I believe in it for a few reasons. First of all, I think that it is something that is complete. It actually involves all the elements that the other schools mentioned above tried to teach me separately: movement with awareness, breathwork, meditation, exercises for body and mind. Secondly, I think that who the teachers are is very important. At the Boston School of Boabom I really feel that the teachers are dedicated to this art, enjoy being there with students and that they are there in the first place because they want to teach and enjoy it. When I look at how peaceful their faces are, how they treat everyone with deep respect, the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that they created - it all makes me want to come back to the next class.

Since I started learning Seamm Jasani I feel different mentally and physically. I started feeling results very early, even though at that time I was just a beginner and was mostly concentrating on breathing and balance. I remember when I came home after the second class and sat down to relax and think about the experience, I realized that everything really is inside of my head, that what I see is my imagination including my emotional states. At that point it hit me that I do not need anything materialistic (like TV, alcohol, drugs, car, or whatever else people think they need), maybe besides food and shelter, to be happy - I have everything I need in my head and materialistic things only "close the doors". Obviously this is not a new idea and I myself always thought this way, but not very often was I able to really feel and, on some level, understand it. Every Seamm Jasani class reminds me of this.

I strongly believe that breathing correctly is extremely important. When I just started Seamm Jasani classes, I found that I cannot intake much air. Although now I have better control of that, I still feel like I can breathe out more oxygen than I can take in, which is probably not possible. I think it will take a while to learn how to really breathe properly because it is something new to my body.

I have not been sick and do not think I have had a single headache since I started Seamm Jasani. Moreover, my muscles became tighter and therefore my body feels much stronger than it was three months ago or so. I can honestly say that not only my body, but mind also are on some level "cleansed out" with every class session. After class my head is clear (not empty, like after some other classes I used to take!), and I enjoy thinking and being with myself more, because the thoughts that concern me after class usually pose some interesting questions that I might have not thought about otherwise. So, one of the benefits that I seem to be getting is ability to really be interesting to my self and, with that, I think I will also become more connected with my friends and loved ones on.

I recently realized that what I do after class is very important. I sense that after class it is best to go home and think about what I learned from the class, because it puts me in a special state of mind, helps hold on to the positive outlook and makes me feel like anything is possible. When I sometimes have to go somewhere or do some everyday task after Seamm Jasani, it is easy for me to loose that wonderful feeling that comes during each class and I feel that it is kind of a waste of experience. I think that it is incorrect to expect that the benefits of practicing Seamm Jasani will just come on their own someday. Because Seamm Jasani is an art, it needs to be learned and mastered, and this is not just a matter of coming to class.

I am very grateful that the School of Boabom exists in Boston and I feel very lucky to have found it. I am sure that what I described here is just a begging of a long and very interesting journey that I truly look forward to continuing. I highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking to grow and find himself/herself.
